Cara agar tidak lagi sakit hati

Gimana sih cara supaya ga sakit hati? apa sih obat sakit hati? ..untuk tau obatnya, kamu harus tau dulu AKAR penyakitnya.

Akar sakit hati adalah MAIN HATI.

Simple kan?

Begitu kamu main hati, kamu sakit hati.

Berani berbuat, berani bertanggung jawab. Berani main hati, berani sakit hati.

Itu saja.

Jadi JANGAN MEMBODOHI DIRI dengan berfikir SUMBER sakit hatimu adalah karena KELAKUKAN nya, karena yang membuatmu sakit hati adalah DIRI MU SENDIRI yang main hati.

Lalu apa berarti kamu ga boleh main hati? apa ga boleh mencintai?

TENTU SAJA BOLEH.. namun jika INGIN MU tak dia penuhi, jangan MAKSA dia untuk memenuhi.. karena PEMAKSAAN yang tak terpenuhi, JELAS akan membuatmu SAKIT HATI.

Jadi dengan kata lain, cintailah dia TANPA EKSPEKTASI.

Lebih banyaklah memberi, daripada menuntut minta dikasihani, dan kamu tidak akan sakit hati.

Namun belum selesai.. bagaimana jika DIA memang memberi janji, namun tak ada satupun yang ditepati.. bukankah itu menyakitkan hati?

Ya tentu saja!

Jika kasusnya bukanlah EKSPEKTASI melainkan JANJI nya yang tak ditepati, jangan BODOH untuk mempercayai nya kedua kali. MOVE ON saja walau kamu sedikit kecewa.

Awalnya pasti sulit, namun setidaknya itu lebih baik daripada sakit hati karena main hati yang dikecewakan oleh janji yang tak ditepati.

Tak perlu salahkan siapa-siapa jika sakit hati, karena toh kamu yang main hati.
