Banyak orang mengeluh tentang hidup mereka.

Seperti, “Duh, hidup gw kok susah banget ya?” Atau “Duh, kenapa gw harus hidup miskin?” Atau bahkan, “Akh! Gw pengen mati aja! Hidup itu GAK ENAK!”

Tidak usah mungkir. Kita semua pasti pernah seperti itu.

Tapi saya sadar akan sesuatu, yaitu…Hidup tanpa susah-susah-an itu (juga) ENGGAK ENAK!

Kok bisa saya buat pernyataan kayak gini? Simple..

Saat kita berada dalam fase “susah-susah-an”, kita akan mengeluh, menghela nafas, bekerja keras, dsb. Namun SETELAH kita bersusah-payah dan pada akhirnya MENGHASILKAN sesuatu, kita akan MENIKMATI “hasil” tersebut lebih dan LEBIH!

Bayangkan kalau kamu tidak pernah hidup SENDIRI. kamu tidak akan mengenal kata BERSAMA.

Bayangkan kalau kamu tidak pernah hidup JOMBLO. kamu tidak akan mengenal kata BERPACARAN.

Bayangkan, bila kita hidup KAYA tanpa PERNAH MISKIN. Kita akan hidup dalam KEBOSANAN tersendiri, yang pada akhirnya membuat kita TIDAK PUAS akan KEKAYAAN yang kita MILIKI dan akhirnya menganggap diri kita sendiri MISKIN.

Benar bukan?

Pada dasarnya, tidak mungkin apa yang kita alami sehari-hari bukanlah HAL YANG BAIK. Karena NAFAS yang kita miliki sekarang adalah sesuatu yang BAIK. Namun kita tidak BERFOKUS pada hal BAIK tersebut.

Saat kita mengeluh, kita FOKUS pada hal-hal buruk yang terjadi kepada kita. Alhasil, yang kita rasakan adalah segala sesuatu yang BURUK, dan kita MENGABAIKAN segala hal BAIK yang terjadi pada diri kita.

Jadi mulai SEKARANG, SYUKURI-lah segala kesusahan yang kamu miliki. Karena dibalik kesusahan PASTI ADA KESENANGAN yang INDAH BERLIPAT GANDA!

Dan BER-FOKUSLAH pada segala sesuatu yang BAIK yang terjadi pada diri kita. Karena Hidup yang KERAS adalah HIDUP YANG INDAH.
